Supportive housing in Ballard
206-474-1380
Office hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Operating on a “housing first” model, Nyer Urness House provides 80 units of permanent housing to formerly homeless adults. Supportive services include case management, an on-site medical clinic operated by Neighborcare Health, daily meals, and other community-building resources.
The community is named for the Rev. Nyer Urness, whose philosophy of meeting people where they are is a fundamental principle of the work at Nyer Urness House.
This program receives funding from the King County Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy.
