The Seattle Seahawks have selected Compass Housing Alliance for a third consecutive season as an official Spirit of 12 nonprofit partner. It only works because of volunteers like you — and in just two seasons, it's already raised more than $233,000 for Compass programs.
The Seahawks Spirit of 12 program supports twelve nonprofit organizations region-wide. Each provides volunteers to sell 50/50 raffle tickets at games — and the mechanics are simple.
Volunteers sell 50/50 raffle tickets to Seahawks fans throughout the stadium before kickoff and through the third quarter.
One fan wins half the jackpot. The rest supports Spirit of 12 nonprofit partners, including Compass.
In recent seasons, Allen Family Philanthropies has matched funds raised — effectively covering the jackpot paid to winners, so nonprofit proceeds go further.
Compass is committed to meeting and exceeding our participation commitment for the Spirit of 12 program. When you volunteer to support Compass, you strengthen our partnership with the World Champion Seattle Seahawks while raising funds for 12 vital community nonprofits. Please join us!

Absolutely. Many volunteers participate with friends, spouses, adult children, coworkers, or community groups. Volunteers typically work in teams of 2–3, making it a fun, social experience.
Spirit of 12 volunteers help sell 50/50 raffle tickets to Seahawks fans before kickoff and through the third quarter, engaging with fans throughout Lumen Field and helping raise critical funds for community nonprofits like Compass.
Volunteers are expected to actively sell raffle tickets before kickoff and through the end of the third quarter, so you generally shouldn't expect to watch much, if any, of the game during your shift. Once responsibilities wrap, many volunteers stay for the fourth quarter. This is best suited for people who want to support the fundraising effort rather than attend as a spectator.
No. Participation is completely voluntary and unpaid. You're helping support Compass Housing Alliance's mission and a unique community partnership with the Seattle Seahawks.
No. Volunteers should plan their own transportation and parking. Parking near Lumen Field can be limited and expensive on game days, so we encourage carpooling, public transit, and allowing extra time to arrive.
Yes. Volunteers receive meals and snacks during their shift and may be eligible for Seahawks-sponsored recognition and prizes — including tickets, autographed memorabilia, team merchandise, and gift cards. Compass volunteers have regularly ranked among the top sellers.
Not at all. The Seahawks provide guidance and you'll work alongside a team throughout the event. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to engage with fans matter most.
You can still help. Choose any other eligible Seahawks game-day opportunity and be sure to select Compass Housing Alliance during registration so your effort counts toward our season goal.
Volunteer participation is the primary responsibility Compass must fulfill as a Spirit of 12 partner. Stronger volunteer turnout means a stronger partnership — and more funding for people experiencing homelessness in our community.
