Location: Broadview neighborhood, Seattle, WA
Status: Active construction phase
Project Details: A mixed-use development with 59 units of permanent housing for individuals and families whose incomes are at or below 30% or 50% of Area Median Income. The development will include a community room, media room, children’s room and a courtyard and playground.

Ronald Commons: (Opened February 2017)
Location: Shoreline, WA
Status: 100% complete
Project Details: A mixed-use development with 62 units of permanent housing for individuals and families whose incomes are at or below 30% or 50% of Area Median Income. The 12,000 square foot property includes a Hopelink Service Center and Food Bank offering emergency feeding services, adult education classes, energy assistance and emergency financial assistance programs to residents of Lake Forest Park and Shoreline.
