Opened in early 2017 in Shoreline, Ronald Commons provides 60 units of housing for formerly homeless and low-income individuals and families with children. We offer year-round scheduling of events/activities for community enrichment and growth.
30 units are set-aside for households with income below 30% Annual Median Income (AMI). We do not accept applications for these as they are direct referrals through Coordinated Entry for All (CEA). 27 of these 30 units are subsidized rents, the remaining 3 are set at 30% Area Median Rent (AMR). The other 30 units are set at 50% AMI and 50% AMR. We accept Interest Applications for these households.
