We support Black Coffee Northwest.
Black Coffee Northwest has been teaming up with our Ronald Commons affordable housing program over the past few months. They’ve, amongst other things, helped us celebrate the holiday season by getting in touch with one of Santa’s helpers and organizing a gift drive!
Corinne, the program manager at Ronald Commons, was more than grateful.
“Santa was charming and so accessible to the range of folks who came out to receive him,” she said. “Even after my staff left, my daughters and I were here until 5:30 on Christmas Eve sorting out the different gifts and delivering to each of our 60 households! The care and intention that the gifts and stockings came with were consistent with the reputation Black Coffee Northwest is building. I want to celebrate and encourage continued community support for them.”
Black Coffee Northwest is more than coffee. They have a mission.
Black Coffee Northwest Café and Community Hub is a locally owned Black business. Through thoughtful programming, we bring the community together for networking and collaboration while providing work experience for Black youth in Shoreline.
